It is based on developing honest and courageous awareness, while identifying and illuminating patterns of thought and emotion originating in the past, without judgment. The practice includes asking daily questions: what I think, feel, and do, and the motivations that lead to it.

The process can be challenging, and requires deep commitment to ourselves. It involves perseverance, dealing with pain and ingrained patterns, and personal choice. Like salmon swimming upstream against the current, those who follow this path must face difficulties and challenges with courage. With that, the rewards that come with time are invaluable and life changing.

The key to the process is understanding that we alone are responsible for our life and the choices we make. This approach frees us from being victims of circumstances, no matter how challenging they may be, and leads us to take full control of our life from a place of freedom and authenticity.

therefore, you can join the process at any time by prior arrangement.

How I came to do the special work of understanding the connection between Human, the Universe, and the Secret
You know when you’re looking for something specific, and instead you find something you didn’t even know you were looking for?!
That’s how I met the school for human transformation, which transformed my life.
I arrived in the Holland after spending three years in Southeast Asia and Australia. My partner was working temporarily in Austria, and I was left alone to organize our life. I didn’t know anyone, but I started cleaning houses for a living. A kind lady told me about a nice apartment in the area… and I jumped at the opportunity…
a furnished attic, but it didn’t have a refrigerator.
“No problem, I’ll drive you to another neighborhood, where you’re sure to find a refrigerator on the bulletin board,” said the charming woman sent to me by the universe.
…But I didn’t find what I was looking for.
Instead, I found what I wanted without even knowing it – a flyer with a list of topics that had always fascinated me, and which I studied on my path to a life of well-being, all under one roof – The Phoenix Fellowship, a school for esoteric studies…
I joined immediately.
This was in 1995. When I returned to Israel in 2001, the founder of the school invited me to open an extension in Israel. After establishing my maintenance life, I opened the Israel branch in 2005.
In April 2021, we celebrated a change, and I established Triskala – A gateway to learning, a bridge to wisdom, a space for personal and human growth to find meaning, peace, joy, and love in life.
This learning creates the possibility to live ordinary life in an extraordinary way.
The understanding of who we are on this planet, and how we are meant to live on it, grows and expands through the personal and universal work.
