Even before I knew what I was doing, my life was being built like a predetermined mosaic, and I “cooperated.” A few anecdotes to illustrate:
At the age of 10, I joined the Scouts youth movement with the goal of joining the Nahal Brigade and settling the land in one of the kibbutzim! I was indeed a “devoted scout” and fulfilled the vision…
At the age of 12, I led a group of 10-year-olds – on my own initiative, I went to a nearby neighborhood where I knew children were wandering the streets aimlessly, and offered them to join my group.
Over the years, I have contributed as a counselor and as part of the team leading my age group.
Guidance, value education, listening, mutual support, giving, and service, are an integral part of my life.
A girl with talents and skills – outgoing, athletic, creative – I was very blessed, although I didn’t always feel or appreciate it.
Seeing the suffering of others always broke my heart – at every age, I did what I knew and could to help.
During 15 years on a kibbutz, I worked in education, and the highlight was a group of 20 boys and girls from low socioeconomic backgrounds who had to leave their homes, and came to the kibbutz to better their lives. To this day, they are my children…
From there, the path to becoming a holistic therapist, Reiki-Karuna Master, creative artist creating, paintings for the soul, Way of Council facilitator, and Capacitar facilitator – a global model for working with stress and trauma – paved itself.
I have been blessed in this life with many talents, including eagle vision – a very broad perspective and the ability to identify details from a distance.
Some call it a sixth sense…
From a young age, I was driven to do for others –
I would ask people to pick up their litter to keep the environment clean.
In a crowded bus station, I would let adults get on the bus before me, even as they were repeatedly pushed back by other passengers.
And many more stories.
I came into this life with a strong sense of service – I am truly blessed.
For me – and my clients – wellness Body. Mind. Spirit. is a matter of increasing awareness of our feelings, our inner dialogue, the story we tell ourselves, and choosing superfoods to feed out “holistic system” so it will function optimally.
This is our birthright.

Do you ask yourself questions such as:
What is the meaning of this life?
Why are all these difficult things happening to me?
Why am I walking around feeling that no one understands me? That no one sees me?
That I do so much for others but am never satisfied or appreciated?
Why is life so difficult?!
Why are there wars?!
Do I have a choice in life?! Really?!
Thousands of questions, and no real answers…
But there are.
That’s why you are here.
I remember myself walking around the world – feeling that no one understands me, no one listens to me, it’s all adults’ lies, I don’t believe anything…
Moods swinging up to the heavens and painfully crashing to the ground.
Until I met the Work…
